Setting up Chromecast Audio from Android Devices

Your Chromecast streaming devices help you in streaming and casting your favorite content on the big screen like TV. You just need a wi-fi network connection. One of these streaming devices is Chromecast Audio that lets you cast your favorite audio files with the help of network connection. Though the Chromecast Setup of any device is simple and easy but there are certain steps that you need to follow.

There are many things that are needed for audio Chrome Cast Setup. These are:

·         A Chromecast Audio device.
·         Latest version of Google Home app.
·         A secure wireless network and access to the available power outlet.
·         Meet the minimum system requirements that are needed for running the app of Google Home.
·         Connection to wireless 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
·         A compatible device whether its Android phone or tablet, iOS devices, Mac, Windows laptop or PC.
·         The availability and performance of many devices, applications, and services are network and device dependent and it may not be available in all areas. For this subscription, may be needed and additional or extra terms and conditions and charges may also apply.
Follow these steps for doing Google Com Chromecast Setup of Chromecast Audio:
·         Firstly, plug in your Chromecast audio.
·         Install the app of Google Home by navigating to the website on your Android device which is Chromecast supported.
·         Now you need to ensure that you connect your phone or tablet to the same network that you want to use for the setup of Chromecast Audio device.
·         Click on the option of Accept for agreeing to the terms and conditions of service e and privacy policy.
·         Click on the option of Devices at the top right corner of the screen.
·         Click Allow option to access the Google Home app to access the device location.
·         Choose the Chromecast Audio that you want to set and then click on Setup > Continue.
·         Now a connection with your Chromecast Audio will be established. If it has not been setup, then click on Try again option.
·         When Google Home and Chromecast Audio is successfully connected with each other, then click on Continue.
·         Turn on your speakers and keep the volume to the low but audible level. Click on Play Test Round.
·         For sound test if you hear it, then click on the option of I heard it and if you want to confirm that things are working, then click on Play again.

·         If you don’t hear any sound, then make sure that your audio cable has been plugged to correct input, speaker is powered and correct input has been selected, and volume of the speaker is not muted.

·         Select your region and click on Continue.

·         You can change the name of the Set Up Chromecast audio, to some distinct name. The options of Guest mode and send crash and usage data reports to Google are enabled by default and if you don’t want them enabled, then you can click on checkbox next to them and click on Continue.

·         Choose the wi-fi network to which you want to connect your Chromecast audio. You can auto fetch the password for the network and then click on Ok. The password can be entered manually also.
·         Chromecast Audio will now try to connect to the selected network and if it fails, then click on Try again.

·         If your Chromecast Audio needs an update, then it will update automatically and let you know.
·         When Chromecast audio is connected to wi-fi network, then click on Continue.
·         If you are not signed in to your Google account, then tap sign in. Then click on Allow Email Notifications for tips & tricks and click on Continue.

·         Now you are ready to cast. Click on learn to cast for watching a tutorial for casting. You can skip this by clicking on the option of skip.
